During 2005, over 200,000 people visited the Lake George Forum for hockey tournaments, skating programs, trade shows and events. With a full calendar of events this year, we expect traffic through the building to continue to climb. We anticipate attendance during 2006 to top 250,000.
The Lake George Forum is a 50,000 square foot building with an open span of 30,000 square foot trade show hall, large lobby, lounge, meeting rooms and a full-service cafe. The trade show and event floor is on grade, so there are no stairs to negotiate inside the building. The two outside doors located at either end of the facility make move in and out a snap for vendors.
Over 1/3 of the population of North America lives within a day's drive of our facility. With a variety of winter and summer attractions both on and off the lake, and over 9,000 hotel rooms in the community, your program is sure to meet success.
The Lake George Region is an ideal location to bring consumer and trade shows and events of any type. We are located directly off I-87, with in a two hour drive of Albany, Burlington, Rutland and Utica. Lake George is less than five hours from New York City, Boston, Montreal, Syracuse and Rochester.
